Legat Owen were stuck in a traditional rut when they came to us in need of a modernised website full to the brim of advanced features.

Their existing website was clunky, outdated and lacking the functionality needed to encourage leads and drive sales. We prioritised the user journey and developed a bespoke property search feature that allows users to effortlessly browse relevant properties at the touch of a button. Fully integrated cloud-based commercial property software enables automatic property listing updates to reduce admin time spent on the site.

Our designers utilised Legat Owen’s bold brand colours and incorporated them into a sophisticated and clean design that promotes intuitive navigation and a positive user experience.
