Founded in 1981, Bolton Birch needed a professional portfolio website to showcase their extensive experience in the commercial property industry.

Our designers and developers worked in collaboration to craft a high-functioning and visually-appealing website that truly reflects the elegant Bolton Birch brand. By keeping the website layout minimal, corporate and clean, we were able to incorporate a striking homepage banner that demonstrates credibility and instils trust as soon as users land on the site.

The streamlined property search function allows users to narrow down their search quickly and easily based on their desired property type (from retail to industrial), tenure length and budget requirements. Advanced property listings allow users to view properties on a map whilst responsive web design allows users to search for properties on-the-go.
